Dear Buyer,

When we first set foot in 2 Hadden Ln six years ago, we immediately knew it was THE Home. This was the home where we kicked off married life and brought both our sons home from the hospital. The remodeled kitchen is where I learned to perfect my pancakes (after a lot of trial and error); and we’d both master my husband’s family meatball recipe. Originally, I thought I’d share the enormous walk-in closet, but I quickly commandeered it for myself. The upstairs bedroom was so convenient for a nursery while I was pregnant with our oldest son. The kids now run endlessly in the enormous yard, and it’s been perfect for hosting summer BBQs. 

South Troy is the perfect midpoint between Troy and Albany. We have enjoyed the proximity to everything! We can run and bike to downtown Albany along the Hudson on the Mohawk-Hudson bike trail. We are minutes to the Troy farmer’s market, the Ruck, and DeFazio’s pizza in downtown Troy.

Within walking distance, we have the updated Market 32, Panera, Stewart’s (and more importantly, Stewart’s ice cream), the Tipsy Moose, Rite Aid, Juniors, open skate at HVCC, and the Tri-City Valley Cats games at the Joseph L. Bruno Stadium. We even have an Urgent Care within walking distance, which we’ve visited more than I care to admit.

Two Hadden Lane has been everything we could have asked for in a home. We will always look back on our time in this home as some of the best years of our life, and we wish the same for you.
